Important: We do not collect any personal or identifying information from visitors to our web site who do not log in. 

OVE Members (who can log in) are present in a private members database visible only to Choir Management and staff. Each private membership record contains Name, Address, Voice range (SATB), contact information and (optionally) emergency contact information. 

Cookie/Tracking Technology

We do use cookies for ensuring that only registered ensemble members may access member's private information on this site. We do not use any other tracking technology.

Distribution of Information

We do not share information with any other organization or person outside of the choir organization. As no financial transactions are processed through this site, we do not submit any information to governmental agencies or other companies to assist in fraud prevention or investigation. No Information is provided to any company or agency for marketing purposes.

Data Security

Personal information of ensemble members is kept private and secure. Only choir Management and staff have access to this information.
